Tracy has been helping clients achieve successful sales and communications outcomes through advertising and marketing solutions for over 35 years. He was the founding principal and managing partner of Niemczyk Hoffmann Group for 22 years before transitioning the agency to a niche market publications development company. These experiences have led Tracy to blend sales, marketing and creative development strategies into innovative publications management opportunities for associations and organizations. He works with clients to help them build stronger foundations to advertiser supported publications.

Alicia Lee

SVP, Regional Media Account Executive

Alicia is a seasoned sales executive with an exemplary track record in sales and customer service. Prior to joining Hoffmann in 2013, Alicia served as an automotive sales advisor for one of the region’s premier auto dealerships. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Kutztown University and is actively involved in her church and many community organizations throughout the region.

Penn State graduate, Kevin began his career as a Marketing Coordinator at the Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center in 2001 where he worked in the entertainment industry marketing concerts, family and Broadway shows, nationally-televised sporting events, and much more. IN 2004, Kevin progressed from Director and VP of Client Services at two previous advertising agencies to President and CEO of the area’s top creative and brand success agency, MADJ Marketing. Throughout his career, he’s been enriched by collaborations with industry and local leaders which provided critical experience leading up to the successful acquisition of the Hoffmann Publishing Group Assets in May of 2024. This strategic move highlights the crucial synergy between advertising and publishing, combining MADJ’s marketing expertise with Hoffmann’s content creation and distribution capabilities. This integration enhances their ability to craft compelling, multi-channel campaigns and deliver targeted, high-impact messages to their client partners while continuing to deliver a multitude of magazine titles throughout Central and Southeaster Pennsylvania.
