Kevin's Bio

Penn State graduate, Kevin began his career as a Marketing Coordinator at the Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center in 2001 where he worked in the entertainment industry marketing concerts, family and Broadway shows, nationally-televised sporting events, and much more. IN 2004, Kevin progressed from Director and VP of Client Services at two previous advertising agencies to President and CEO of the area’s top creative and brand success agency, MADJ Marketing. Throughout his career, he’s been enriched by collaborations with industry and local leaders which provided critical experience leading up to the successful acquisition of the Hoffmann Publishing Group Assets in May of 2024. This strategic move highlights the crucial synergy between advertising and publishing, combining MADJ’s marketing expertise with Hoffmann’s content creation and distribution capabilities. This integration enhances their ability to craft compelling, multi-channel campaigns and deliver targeted, high-impact messages to their client partners while continuing to deliver a multitude of magazine titles throughout Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Kirsten's Bio

Kirsten brings a rich and varied background to her role, including editing and writing experience with current Hoffmann publications, Avenues and Women2Women. Her career began at Carpenter Technology in sales, marketing, and commercial product management, before transitioning to impactful roles at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, Reform Congregation Oheb Sholom, and the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance. Most recently, she successfully rebuilt Girls on the Run of Berks County as Executive Director during the pandemic. A Hawaii native who grew up in Georgia and now resides in Reading, PA, with her husband and two cats (The Tabby Twins of Terror), Kirsten is an enthusiastic fan of college football (GEORGIA! Go Dawgs!), an accomplished runner (Marine Corps Marathon finisher!), and a former Jeopardy! contestant. She also enjoys reading, writing, and the occasional vodka martini (with precisely three olives).

Tracy's Bio

Tracy has been helping clients achieve successful sales and communications outcomes through advertising and marketing solutions for over 35 years. He was the founding principal and managing partner of Niemczyk Hoffmann Group for 22 years before transitioning the agency to a niche market publications development company. These experiences have led Tracy to blend sales, marketing and creative development strategies into innovative publications management opportunities for associations and organizations. He works with clients to help them build stronger foundations to advertiser supported publications.

Alicia's Bio

Alicia is a seasoned sales executive with an exemplary track record in sales and customer service. Prior to joining Hoffmann in 2013, Alicia served as an automotive sales advisor for one of the region’s premier auto dealerships. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Marketing from Kutztown University and is actively involved in her church and many community organizations throughout the region.

Patricia's Bio

Pat discovered her passion for advertising and media sales while volunteering to sell ads for her college radio station. This early experience provided valuable insight into what businesses need from advertising professionals. With over 40 years in the industry, she continues to bring that passion and expertise to her work every day. Specializing in radio and print media, Pat has focused on Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley, and surrounding areas, developing a deep understanding of the region’s unique communities. Her extensive market knowledge allows her to craft effective advertising campaigns that help local and regional businesses maximize their budgets while reaching their target audiences.
